      KOYO Udon is made from freshly milled organic heirloom grains and has a dense chewy texture. Perfect served with brothy soups or topped with meat or vegetables for a hearty meal.

      Organic Heirloom Wheat Flour, Sea Salt.

      Directions

      Bring 3 quarts of water to a medium boil. Remove ribbon(s) and add noodles. Return water to a medium boil and cook uncovered for 7 minutes. Drain and rinse in cold water. Enjoy!
