For food safety and quality, follow the cooking directions. Before eating, cook thoroughly to at least 160 degrees F. Keep frozen until ready to cook. Refrigerate leftovers. Stovetop Directions: Heat 1/3 cup water to boiling in 2-quart saucepan. Add peas. Cover; cook over medium-high heat 7 to 10 minutes, stirring occasionally. Drain. Microwave: Microwave Directions: Add peas and 2 tablespoon water to 1-1/2-quart round microwavable casserole dish. Cover; microwave on high according to chart, stirring halfway through cook time. Caution: Hot! Uncover carefully; stir well. Drain if necessary. Microwave wattage (Microwave wattages vary; adjust cook time for the wattage of your microwave. Do not leave microwave unattended): 1200: 6:00 to 6:30 time on high. 1000: 7:00 to 8:30 time on high. 700: 9:00 to 10:00.
